okkibox The fact that this album rocketed into my top 10 of 2015 should tell you something! Favorite track: Hit The Floor.

Richter This album is probably perfect. Except that it is too short. So...highly flawed in run-time, but otherwise it just might be the best thing since Faith/Pornography. Favorite track: Selfish Love.

Christian Schaefer Featured this album on the second issue of RULE of THREE (bit.ly/RULEofTHREEbc). I discovered Soft Kill with their first album An Open Door and instantly fell in love with their minimal and repetitive post-punk style. Heresy went much further and, is to me, an almost perfect album with one single flaw; it only contains six tracks. Hit the Floor is my personal highlight (the 5 minute version!). Highly addictive. I crash! Favorite track: Hit The Floor.

ripley1918 I feel the complexity and get this special mood of reflection which is so rare. In my opinion one of the best bands ever and at the same quality as Cure and Joy Division. Favorite track: Heresy.

Track Name: Grandview
what's the deal then?
you viewed it from afar
and i recall when i was born
i can see it in those eyes

so feast and flourish
there is no safe route

you want to leave?
no one's forcing you to stay
just wanted you to know you were my dream
and i never want to wake

so feast and flourish
there is no safe route
you give and pull and push away
venom seeps from your mouth
Track Name: Violent Mind
in trust i chose to take time
till it's dust you will fall only to find
it's death you're holding

if it's to hell I'm going
i will dream of walls
till the floods come flowing
everything i've loved is gone
Track Name: Hit The Floor
a need for knowing
there's nothing for certain
when death forces in
it begins with yearning

i crash
and hit the floor

as long as your ready
you can fall in line
heroin the exception
i can smell it burning

i crash
and hit the floor
Track Name: Selfish Love
when you awake on your best day
want every second in the worst way
i never once tried to save face
i never once tried to play it safe

she said "i really want to bleed today"
i think of all the things that pain can change
Track Name: Current
i feel so hollow
the only way out i know
there is no way out
feel so far from home
there's a river that leads home
there's a river that leads home
if there is no way out
make sure the dirts laid high so the grave stays low

there's a river that leads home
let the current drag your corpse slow
Track Name: Heresy
a wish
you say it's yours
you say it's heresy to see it any other way
it's not a wish
it was a curse
the kind you leave hanging on the door
